Day 1 - 22nd: Arrive in Edinburgh, time to rest and explore before an early evening meet and greet at our hotel, Radisson Blu on the Royal Mile.

Day 2 - 23rd: Coach picks us up to visit Abbotsford, 19th century home and gardens of Walter Scott, on the banks of the river Tweed, including a walk through Witch Corner, the wild wood glen. Then on to Dunkeld with a couple of surprise stops along the way.

Day 3 - 24th: We'll take in a magical hike or two in the area and enjoy the local sights in picturesque Dunkeld. In the evening, you'll be treated to dinner, included, and a private concert.

Day 4 - 25th: The Book Festival begins and we will have a full day of festivities. 

Day 5 - 26th: After breakfast, we'll meander over for the second day of celebration. 

Day 6 - 27th: Vist to the Corbenic Poetry Path, set in the grounds of the old Drumour Estate, then a picnic lunch. You'll have some free time to wander the village. After a group dinner, included, we'll share stories and song with some local friends around a fire, riverside.

Day 7 - 28th: After breakfast, we'll walk through Birnam Wood, along the river, with a local guide, then visit Dunkeld Archives, Cathedral and Chapter House Museum. We'll have an afternoon talk by an area author. Dinner is on your own with a private concert afterward. 

Day 8 - 29th: Coach back to Edinburgh with a surprise stop along the way and a final night together in Radisson Blu, dinner included. 

Day 9 - 30th: Onward travels or flights home
