On almost every tour I do, there is one person who says "Would you ever do a hiking tour?" This is for you!

Our tour will begin with a pickup in Edinburgh on Day 1. You'll want to fly in the day before to acclimate a bit and spend a night on your own before the coach arrives the next day.

Our 3 overnight bases will be: Aviemore, Ullapool and Fort Augustus, some of the best towns for easy access to hikes.

There will be at least one hike per day, and some days may have two shorter ones. You'll also be treated to history and local lore along the way as well as three group dinners and two private concerts!

Some of our destinations will be the Lost Valley, which is also a hidden valley, one of the most breathtaking and dreamlike locations in Glencoe,  Loch Glass to the 'pink house' and the Bone Caves of Assynt. We'll take in one of the Munros (a Scottish mountain that is over 3,000 feet), McFarquhar's Bed, the Cairngorms, and several other must-do hikes while there, as well as some out of the way places only known to a few locals. 

We should even have some heather covered hills that time of year!

You'll be sent the final itinerary a month before but we will have alternates available as the weather can change the places we walk.
